		<description>Simply put in a nutshell... Sony Corp. made a BIG mistake, and got CAUGHT making the bigmistake. This one is of epic proportions. Sony was busted by someone that is simply smarter than them. This guy (Mark Russinovich) is part of Sysinternals/Winternals, and is pretty sharp. Check out the URL attached. - MB</description>

		<description>Of course they'd be scared of that. What a bunch of losers. However, that's not going to help them at all. Their rootkit was not discovered by reverse engineering. It was discovered by forensic analysis. Mark found something was wrong and traced back what had happened. The only people that might be accused of "reverse engineering" are the people that have been finding all the code that Sony stole from GPL-protected sources, though iirc, they weren't even decompiling the stuff, they were just finding text strings in the binaries. I imagine Sony's "protection" would easily be tossed out in a court considering their track record (of incompetence) so far. Let's hope they do sue someone. We need someone like them to get the DMCA overturned.</description>
