How it works: It takes a list of your Twitter Users and your FriendFeed Users and compares them by username. If you are
already subscribed to that user the list below will say so. If you are not, a link with their Real Name (from Twitter) and a
link with their username (also from Twitter) that will allow you to do a quick search to see if they are in fact on FriendFeed.

There isn't any fancy comparison at this point between services aside from username.
