This is so similar to what I’m about to do that I had to comment. I way 210, and really want to get down to 175. I would love to get to the point of running 5K mile races. My podcast is going to start in a week or two (wife & I just had a baby yesterday, writing this from hospital room) I have other goals too. I’m calling it 6 Goals.
